After working in the construction industry for years, Bob saw the need for a company that specialized in creating turnkey
renovations for the hotel and lodging industy, and incorporated American Renovations in 1991. He has since grown the company
to be the successful full service resource that it is today.

Phillip has extensive experience in the renovation industry and came on board to give ARI the benefit of his knowledge and
a presense in the southern states. Phillip works directly with the owners and the on site supervisors to personally make
